• Day 1 - Arrive Lima / transfer to hotel.
• Day 2 – Lima: City Tour & Larco Herrera Museum (B)
• Day 3 - Lima / Ica – Nazca Lines: Scenic drive to town of Ica (wine capital of Peru.) PM: flight over the Nazca Plains (drawings of animals & geometric figures etched into the parched soil.) (BD)
• Day 4 - Ica / Ballestas Island Cruise / Lima. Overnight at your hotel. (BD)
• Day 5 - Lima / Cuzco - Pisac: Depart for Cuzco by flight. Proceed to fortress village of Pisac, an old mountain village. Overnight in Sacred Valley. (BLD)
• Day 6 - Sacred Valley / Machu Picchu: Short journey, by train, into the lush Urubamba Valley. Transfer by motor coach for ascent to legendary Machu Picchu, the “Lost City of the Incas.” Local guide explains the lives and mysteries still hidden in these amazing structures built by the pre-Columbian masters of this sacred land. • Day 7 - Machu Picchu / Cuzco: Wander the ruins at your own pace and experience the magic that is Machu Picchu. PM: Return to Cuzco. (BL)
• Day 8 - Cuzco City Tour: Learn more about the Incas; visit Santo Domingo Monastery, the Inca baths of Tambomachay & the semi-circular Kenko Amphitheater. See the ancient site of Puca Pucara before reaching the Temple of Sacsayhuaman, “House of the Sun,” perched on a hillside overlooking Cuzco. (BD)
• Day 9 - Cuzco / Puno Travel to Puno: The rest of the day is at leisure. (B)
• Day 10 - Puno / Lake Titikaka / Puno: Excursion to Uros and Taquile Islands on Lake Titikaka, by boat. (BL)
• Day 11 - Puno / Lima: Drive to Julliaca airport for flight to Lima/transfer toairport for flight home. (B)
