In order to use this product you must either disable popup blockers on your web browser or enable pop-ups from the geo.ca web site. Following is general instructions on how to disable the blocker if using Windows XP SP2. If you are using any other software please refer to your user manual.

*** Please Note: All corporations and businesses have different policies regarding changing Internet settings and some machines may be prohibited from doing so. Always check first with your own on site technical team before attempting to disable your pop-ups. UNIGLOBE assumes no responsibility for any difficulties that may arise as a result of disabling pop-ups. (These instructions are ONLY for Windows XP with or without SP2 and IE 6.0)

To add to your trusted sites follow the following steps:
1. Open Internet Explorer
2. Go to TOOLS - INTERNET OPTIONS
3. Click on the SECURITY tab
4. Click on TRUSTED SITES then click on the SITES button
5. Add the following two items to your trusted sites

If you have pop up blockers you must disable for the same two sites listed above. For further technical support please contact your administrator.
