WestJet launches more non-stop service to the Bay Area

Airline makes first flight today from Vancouver to San Francisco

CALGARY, Alberta. June 28, 2010. WestJet today announced the launch of new seasonal non-stop service between Vancouver and San Francisco. The inaugural flight departs from Vancouver’s International Airport at 8 a.m. PDT today.

WestJet will fly between Vancouver and San Francisco daily until October 30, 2010.

CREATE A PROFILE

Create a WestJet ID by navigating to www.westjet.com/frequentguest click “How to Enroll.

Click on the hyperlink ’create one here’ (If you already have a 9-digit WestJet ID, skip to instructions under ‘Enroll in the Program and Click ‘Sign up now’.

Enter personal information, click Enter contact information, click Accept WestJet’s Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. Click finish to create your profile Your WestJet ID and password will then be sent by email.

ENROL IN THE PROGRAM

Once you receive your 9-digit WestJet ID and password by email, navigate to www.westjet.com/frequentguest Click on ‘How to Enroll.’

Enter your WestJet ID, your first name, last name and email address. Click the box to agree to the terms and conditions. Click Enroll, now you will be presented with a confirmation page and will receive an email welcoming you to the Frequent Guest Program!

Delta Expanding First Class on Domestic Flights

50 domestic markets to receive more First Class service, boosting upgrade opportunities for frequent flyers and bolstering Delta's status as leading provider of first-class seating

(June 17, 2010) - Delta Air Lines recently announced a major enhancement of its domestic schedule, with plans to make First Class service available on all domestic flights longer than 750 miles, or about two and one-half hours of flight time, beginning this fall.

When the upgrade is complete, 50 routes that currently feature Delta Connection flights with only one class of service will be upgraded to two-cabin aircraft with First and Economy Class service.

First Class service onboard flights operated with these aircraft is consistent with the amenities offered on Delta mainline flights. Meals, china and linen service, pre-departure beverages, and complimentary cocktails, beer and wine are offered on all Delta Connection flights featuring a First Class cabin.
