Job Description:
Our consultants love their work! Incredible knowledge of vacation travel alternatives and a sincere interest in customer satisfaction enables our Vacation Travel Consultants to select and recommend the very best vacation alternatives to leisure travel clients in our marketplace. Continual training keeps our agents knowledgeable and enthusiastic and promotes personal growth and specialization in key travel destinations. We are open 6 days a week, so some Saturday shifts are necessary.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Maintain a positive, cheerful approach to all customers both internal and external.
• Use creativity and a variety of resources to overcome challenges, acquire information, satisfy clients' needs and maximize agency revenues.
• Establish clients' needs on first contact, qualify by leading client conversations with questions and treat each inquiry with patience and focus.
• Offer comparisons and make recommendations.
• Ensure that all reservations are processed in accordance with established policies.
• Maintain current knowledge of promotions and specials and proactively advise clients of savings opportunities.
• Consistently maintain personal sales and revenue targets as established on an individual basis.
• Other duties as required.

Qualifications:

• Travel College Diploma
• Minimum one (1) years Travel Consultant Experience, including international booking and consultation
• CRS proficiency including restours
• Proven customer service skills and abilities.
• Personable, presentable, service-oriented, accurate, efficient, able to work under pressure of deadlines.

Remuneration: Salary + Incentive
