ITINERARY~
Day 1, DEPART CANADA- Depart Canada on Air Canada and connect on Star Alliance Partners.
Day 2, ARRIVAL BANGKOK- Meet on arrival and transfer to hotel.
Day 3, BANGKOK- Full day: Bangkok highlights. A full day tour combining the highlights of Bangkok City including visit of three of the most interesting temples: Wat Trimitr, Wat Po and Grand Palace & Wat Phara Kaeo. Then board a converted Rice Barge for a cruise on the bigger canals. (BL)
Day 4, BANGKOK- Full Day: Ayutthaya by Horizon Cruise. Travel through the countryside to the north of Bangkok, heading for Ayutthaya, the former capital of Siam. Visit the Summer Palace of King Rama IV with its mixture of Thai, Chinese and Gothic architecture. Return to Bangkok by Horizon Cruise and enjoy lunch on board whilst cruising down Chao Phaya River. Day 5, BANGKOK-CHIANG MAI - Check out and transfer to Bangkok Domestic Airport for flight to Chiang Mai, upon arrival meet local guides and transfer to hotel. (B)
Day 6, CHIANG MAI - Half day: Chiang Mai & Temple with Doi Suthep. The city of Chiang Mai has many beautiful and historic Buddhist temples and this tour visits the most interesting such as the 600 year old Wat Phrathat Doi Suthep. On a clear day, the views of Chiang Mai are incomparable. (B)
Day 7, CHIANG MAI - Full day ~ Capture the true adventure of the jungle, combining elephant trekking with river rafting! (BL)
Day 8, CHIANG MAI - Day at Leisure. Evening: Enjoy a Kantoke dinner while being entertained by a selection of traditional Thai folk perfomances. (BD)
Day 9, CHIANG MAI - SAMUI- Transfer to airport for flight to Koh Samui. Meet on arrival and transfer to hotel. (B)
Day 10, KOH SAMUI- Full day: Koh Tao & Koh Nang Yuan. Unspoiled and relatively undisturbed by tourists, the island earns it reputation for underwater resources, unique beautiful bays and coves and coral gardens under the crystal sea. Visit Koh Nang Yuan, 3 small islands joined together by a sand bank. Dive into crystal clear waters or climb to a viewpoint. (BL)
Day 11-12, KOH SAMUI- Days at Leisure. (BL)
Day 13, KOH SAMUI- Samui Institute of Culinary Arts Cooking Class. (BL)
Day 14-15, KOH SAMUI- Days at Leisure. (B)
Day 16, KOH SAMUI - PHUKET- Transfer to airport for flight to Phuket. Meet on arrival and transfer to hotel. (B)
Day 17, PHUKET- Half day: Siam Safari Adventure. Travel by four wheel to Siam Safari Elephant camp. Here, learn about the elephants and the Thai elephant conservation. Trek on elephant back over Chalong bay and out to Phi Phi islands, learn many new things about the jungle and its wildlife. Finally, take a cruise on a traditional wooden junk in Chalong bay to see great views of Phuket and surrounding islands. (BL)
Day 18, PHUKET- Full day: Phang Nga Sea Canoe with lunch. Discover the sea caves, hongs and tunnels of Koh Panak and Koh Hong. Tour includes a visit to Lawa Island. Sit back and relax in complete comfort and safety in the total tranquility of this 'lost world'. (BL)
Day 19, PHUKET- Day at Leisure. (B)
Day 20, PHUKET - BANGKOK- Check out and transfer to Phuket Airport for flight to Bangkok. Upon arrival, you will be transferred to the hotel by shuttle. (B)
Day 21, DEPART BANGKOK- Check out and transfer to Bangkok airport by shuttle bus and board flight home. (B)
